Entering eBay Listing Information
In addition to the data that is common to all sites, eBay specific information will need to be entered if items will be listed on eBay. All of the eBay specific information is entered onto the eBay tab on the Item Window.

Note: With the introduction of eBay's Product Based Experience, in certain categories users are required to select an eBay Product Catalog entry for their listing before submitting. More information about the Product Based Experience (including which categories and brands are required to use the catalog) can be found here. |
On the eBay tab, the following will be entered:
- eBay categories
- eBay catalog information
- item specifics
- title and description
- store categories
- best offer settings
- listing upgrades
- payment information
- shipping information
- eBay Business Policies
To enter eBay listing information on an existing item:
- Open the Sell Items mode. How?How?
- Select the item in the grid and click the Edit button on the ribbon.
- If not already chosen, select the eBay tab.
- Enter the eBay specific information.
To enter eBay listing information on a new item record:
- Open the Sell Items mode. How?How?
- Follow the steps in Adding an Item from Scratch, or Adding an Item from an Item Template to create and open a new item record.
- If not already chosen, select the eBay tab.
- Enter the eBay specific information.
