Customizing Feedback Reminders

A feedback reminder is a gentle nudge asking buyers to leave feedback, once they have received their order.

 

 

To customize feedback reminders:

  1. Open the Ship Orders mode.       How?How? From the Mode selector in the lower left, choose Ship Orders.
  2. In the Email group on the ribbon bar, click the dialog launcher to open the Manage Email Templates window.

 

 

  1. From the Manage Email Templates window, select Feedback Reminder.

 

  1. Click the box in front of the "I would like to be able to send Feedback Reminders" option if reminders will be sent from SixBit. SixBit  If this option is unchecked, the icon will be removed from the ribbon bar and it will no longer be visible.
  2. To edit the contents of the Invoice, click the Edit button.  The email template will be loaded into the HTML Editor.  Refer to Using the HTML Editor to learn how to modify the email.
  3. Check the option if you would like to Send automatic Feedback Reminders X days after the item has been shipped.
 		 Automatic emails are sent by the SixBit Agent.  The agent is running in the background and checking for actions that need to be performed.   Please note that the SixBit agent can only send emails when your computer is turned on and connected to the internet.
