Users may have seen issues with Hits and Watchers not updating. This is due to an issue in the eBay API that has been resolved, however this may require users to manually run a listing refresh to update that information in SixBit.
To refresh the Hits and Watchers on listings in SixBit:
- In SixBit, click File > Options > Refreshes > Refresh Dates, and set the Refresh Listings Date back at least 30 days, then click OK to exit the Options menu.
- Click File > Refreshes > Full Refresh. Let that process run and once finished the Hits and Watchers fields in the Check Listings mode should be updated.
