Recently eBay released the Fall 2021 Seller Updates to categories and item specifics. This has caused some fallout with user-defined item specifics clearing out and being removed from items.
The issue: For certain categories, user-defined item specifics seem to be missing or cleared out in SixBit on v.4.00.344.
The solution: The only solution known at this point is if you are on v.4.00.344 is to restore a database backup prior to that version, and then upgrade to the latest full release, 4.00.345.

Once restored, uninstall SixBit through the Windows Add/Remove Programs module in the Control Panel. Download and install at least the latest full release, v.4.00.345
