Adding Items to Folders

 

To add an item to a folder using drag and drop:

  1. Select the item record(s).
  2. Drag and drop the selected items into the desired folder.  The status counts will change.

 

To add an item to a folder from the Item Window:

  1. Select the item record(s).
  2. Click the Edit button on the ribbon bar to open the Item Window.
  3. From the Folder drop down, choose a folder and click Save and Exit.  

 

 
To move an item out of a sub folder and back into the root folder, choose Item Repository from the folder drop down.
