Entering Etsy Listing Information
In addition to the data that is common to all sites, Etsy specific information will need to be entered if items will be listed on Etsy. All of the Etsy specific information is entered onto the Etsy tab on the Item Window.
SixBit also supports creating digital listings on Etsy using the Listing Type field. Note that when creating a digital Etsy listing, a physical shipping template must still be used (API stipulation).
On the Etsy tab, the following information will be entered:
- Titles and Descriptions
- Allocation Plan
- Category and Attributes
- Product and Shipping Info
- Tags and Materials
To enter Etsy listing information on an existing item:
- Open the Sell Items mode. How?How?
- Select the item in the grid and click the Edit button on the ribbon.
- If not already chosen, select the Etsy tab. Check the box on the Etsy tab if the item will be listed on Etsy, or uncheck it if it is not an Etsy item.
- Enter the Etsy specific information.
To enter Etsy listing information on a new item record:
- Open the Sell Items mode. How?How?
- Follow the steps in Adding an Item from Scratch, or Adding an Item from an Item Template to create and open a new item record.
- If not already chosen, select the Etsy tab. Check the box on the Etsy tab if the item will be listed on Etsy, or uncheck it if it is not an Etsy item.
- Enter the Amazon specific information.
