Symptom:
When switching views, users running with a Wacom tablet get an "Argument out of range exception".
Possible Causes:
There appears to be an unknown conflict between the Wacom tablet and SixBit. This conflict has also been noticed in some Adobe products.
Solution:
Users who experience this problem can solve it by turning off the Windows Tablet PC Components feature. The Wacom tablet should continue to function properly after this change is made.
To turn off the Tablet PC Components feature:
- In Windows, go to Start | Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features
- Click "Turn Windows Features On or Off"
- Uncheck the "Tablet PC Components" feature. It may take several minutes to update and a reboot will be required.
