Submitting Files

Occasionally, you may come across an issue that requires our support team to request additional files.  This may include image files or CSV files.  When support requests this type of information, it can easily be uploaded from within SixBit.

 

 

To submit files to support:

  1. Open the Support mode.   How?How?From the Mode selector, in the lower left, choose Support.
  2. From the sidebar on the left, click the Submit File button.

 

 

  1. A Windows Open Dialog box will appear.  Select one or more files to be submitted to SixBit.  Reply to the Support Ticket to notify the support team when the submission is complete.
