Nothing in the event log. I tried deleting one in SQL Management Studio again and got the message below. In this case at least, it looks like it has something to do with the BidStart items table. There’s a blast from the past.
It is weird how eBay is coming up with the latest shipping date. I just had a sale (1/10/20 at 11AM) which, in accordance with my 2 business day shipping policy, should ship by end of business on 1/14 at 5PM. The latest shipped date that eBay is apparently returning is 1/15 at 7:59AM which makes no sense at all. Since the date is usually wrong, it really doesn’t do me any good. I have to look at the sale dates and figure out the latest shipping dates anyway.
The only pop-up I get is one asking me if I’m sure I want to delete. I click on “Yes”, but nothing happens. The preset stays there. I can understand it in cases where the preset was used in old, sold items due to referential integrity in the SQL database. But I have a number that aren’t being used by any items and I can’t get rid of them.
John, I’m actually still on .047 but the issue seems to have cleared up for now. Must’ve been something on my end, although I don’t think I’ve made any changes that would’ve caused it one way or the other. I’ll open a ticket if it happens again. Thanks.
As I just posted under Announcements, the “uncheck the box” and “Send revisions to site” method didn’t fix the issue. I had to make a change to each of my wrappers individually.
That’s interesting because I just added those exact same item specifics to several dozen stamps without any problem. Perhaps it has something to do with the number of items you’re trying to change at once. Try maybe 50 at a time and see if that makes a difference. If not, you probably need to submit a ticket and have a remote session. Goodluck.
John, I understand that there would be nothing to show on the report and I’d be happy with that. But there’s no report to run. The tax report is no longer on the report menu. I’d like to be able to run it for my records even if it doesn’t show any tax being collected.
