We’re also using 3.00.304. I’ve noticed that, too. I’ll get a Paypal notice and go to Sixbit and the record will still be in AWAITING PAYMENT. If I manually refresh it then it will usually go to IN PROCESS. We had a buyer purchase 4 items from us and pay in one Paypal payment and I had to manually combine the shipment. I’ve also noticed that if I generate a packing slip but don’t print it and close it, it shows PACKING LIST PRINTED even though the packing list wasn’t printed. We also had a situation the other day where one person purchased two items and paid separately. They both made it into IN PROCESS but one record had the address in it and the other did not (it was like they are in AWAITING PAYMENT). I combined the two and fortunately the shipping information stayed in the record.

Open SERVICES . Sort by NAME and STARTUP TYPE . Under AUTOMATIC look to see if your Sixbit Agent and SQL are running. If they aren’t running highlight them and then click on the START SERVICES arrow at the top.

As of January 21 all merchandise must be shipped as First Class International Package. Now the First Class International Flats rate is for Documents only. Stamps.com and endicia are offering a new service called Global shipping Advantage but I’m not familiar with how it works.

If you generate your shipping labels via Sixbit (PRINT POSTAGE/CARRIER LABELS) when you click on MARK AS SHIPPED it sends that information to eBay. If you have several purchases from the same person you need to COMBINE the orders BEFORE printing the shipping labels. After you print the labels and then click on MARK AS SHIPPED it will send the information to eBay.

If you don’t print your labels from Sixbit you can go to the record and EDIT and there is a place to enter the tracking number and type of shipping method. Multiple orders still have to be COMBINED before putting in the shipping and tracking if you want to ship them in one package.
