Its been over a year now that I’ve had to manually put in my shipping costs, I can’t believe this is still an issue and think I’m going to start to look elsewhere for better support.

I agree, I can’t possibly calculate the amount of time we have wasted because of this issue. This is a big deal and the fact that our only response is “it’s eBay’s fault” is very disappointing.

FYI for anyone else experiencing this – My ticket response says they are aware of the issue, & to wait for an update.

This still isn’t working. Now it’s importing the bulk shipping cost instead of the individual label cost for each order.

Not that I am aware of and it’s been very frustrating that this issue is not getting addressed. I’m wasting a lot of time doing it manually.

Thanks, I appreciate the follow up. I’m doing this manually right now so a solution would be very helpful.

I used to move the database from work to home and back again using DropBox, but it’s gotten so large that it’s become very time consuming to do it that way. I am still hoping that there might be a more optimized way to run things. If I come up with any better ideas myself, I’ll post them here.

Apparently this is just how it is and I have to deal with it. I’m very disappointed. Logically if I have 1 on hand, and I “reconcileto” 1, it doesn’t make sense that now SixBit thinks I have 2 when I just told it I only have 1.

I hope that this will be considered in a future update.

In the scenario that’s giving me trouble, I’m updating my “self” inventory and our drop shipper is out (already at 0).

    I should elaborate a little.

I’m using QuickBooks for our in-house inventory. After I enter the invoices that we received today, I export our inventory from QB in a csv file. The sales for today won’t have gone into QB yet, so if I’ve sold the last 1 of an item today, my QB inventory will still show 1 until tomorrow when all the sales get exported from SixBit into QB. When I run that csv file through SB(using “ReconcileTo” on our “self” inventory) then anything that’s sold today ends up with 1 extra.

This is really only an issue when we get down to the last few items. If I look at the self inventory on SB it will now show 1 under “Number of uncommitted items” but it will also still show 1 under “number of committed items” and “which means your physical inventory should be” 2 when in reality the physical inventory is still only 1.

I could potentially solve this by exporting the sales from SB into QB just before I export the inventory from QB to SB, however I can’t find a good way to keep track of which sales have been exported except to do so on a previous day basis each morning.

I’m open to any suggestions on this issue. Thanks!

That really helps explain a lot, thanks.

I use SixBit for eBay exclusively at the moment and do not use Enterprise, so I don’t think I can set an allocation plan. Can I update my active non-variation listing quantities automatically or in bulk somehow?

Also, I already have the drop ship module. So if I want to update my drop shipper inventory, I should use “reconcile” and just change the fulfillment source to “drop shipper”?

(For the variation inventory being at 0 I was just looking at the wrong column.)

I’m getting an authorization issue now suddenly. I’ve been updating listings all day without issue until about 30 minutes ago. Now it says I’m not authorized no matter how many times I authorize it through the business profile.
