I have no official knowledge but just based on other times that I’ve had problems with etsy, it has been the end of the month before they resolved it so I’m expecting it to be fixed around the end of October.

If that is true and it is the end of the month – my question for John Manning is whether we will be receiving a credit on our account for not being able to list to etsy all month. I am signed up for two sites (etsy and ebay) and have only been able to list to ebay this month.

We won’t even talk about the lost sales.

This is an important update for etsy sellers.  I am surprised it would be released as part of a ”beta” release.   I will be patient and wait for the real version.  Just surprised it wasn’t done sooner.

I know hip commerce is important, but sometimes it’s important to take care of your current customers first

I have the same issue. I use more than one computer for six bit so I thought maybe that was the reason, but maybe not.

It used to be when you hovered ofver the category a little window would pop up that told you the category – that is gone too. Wouldn’t matter except you have to make that field so long in order to see the entire category.

Does anyone know how to install Blackthorne. I still use it to copy and paste some of my old listings because I sell a lot of repeat items. I’ve gotten a new computer and would like to also have Blackthorne on it. Are there directions anywhere to do this? The new computer has windows 7 on it if that matter.

I’ve discovered (by manually going into the ebay listing and revising it to remove the logo) that the logo is not only messing up the https thing but it is also making my listing Not Mobile Friendly (causes scrolling). At this point, I want to just remove the logo for $3.00 a month – but can’t find where you sign up. So I emailed support to find out how to do it but if anyone here can point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate it.
