I did have the same problem.  Appears to just show the “behind the scenes” number instead of the title to the business policies.  Had it with shipping policy and Payment Policy.  I did what John said above.  I upgraded to 4.00.063, and reran the sync and it worked.  It happened to be the next day that I did it so I probably just got lucky.

If you have your products all set up to end when inventory is zero, then all you need to do in this case is go to the Sell Items menu and change the quantity from 1 (or whatever it was) to zero. Then save and close. Sixbit will end the ebay listing very quickly. You don’t have to go into listings and manually “cancel” it as well.

We have the same issue when we sell on Bonanza or Truegether (which is seldom – lol).

You should be able to modify your report to do this. I’ve modified my pick lists quite a bit, its a little tricky at first but not too difficult if you have any experience with MS Access, Crystal Reports or even some advanced Excel experience. If you don’t have anyone that can do this, Sixbit support may be able to help you for a fee. Also you could put the sku into the bin information such as 111-SB2020 where 111 is the bin location and SB2020 is the sku and it should sort for you, but you would have a heading then for each sku.

I had the same thing yesterday. I believe it’s due to Ebay messing with changes to their return policies for their June 1 kickoff of streamlined return policies and their push for free returns. I did a refresh / sync of auxilliary data and it corrected itself. Hopefully the same solution will work for you.

I believe Ebay is going to make a differentiation between domestic returns and international returns so you will be able to set up free returns for domestic sales and buyer pays for international sales. They are working on providing this option and I’m sure when they do, Sixbit will be able to show that as a return option as well.

Hi Justin. You must do very well on Bonanza. I don’t think most sellers have anywhere near that kind of success rate there. We have all of our 2400 Ebay listings on Bonanza as well and have 400-500 Ebay sales per month (and 400-500 Amazon MF) but only 4 – 6 Bonanza sales. Since, for us it is so small, we just manually track them in a spreadsheet and add them to our P&L after month end. The Bonanza business is almost not worth it to us, seems to have a higher level of cancels and returns also, but since its so easy to auto-sync we just leave it up.

OK thanks John, we will upgrade to the latest release.

As far as the listings, they only came in with the original upload of all active listings from Ebay. I made a copy of Sixbit inventory shortly after starting, and one of the items in question showed an inventory of 1, even though it has sold before we signed up with Sixbit. I’m just writing these off as one time glitches, just don’t want any listings to continue to happen.

I did check listings and didn’t see any blank ECommerceID’s so I will do what you suggested with the end date.

Thanks again for your fast responses.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I found the Custom Duplication Options (didn’t know it was there) but ASIN is not one of the options. See attachment of screen shot

For Sixbit creating items, we’ve found it happened twice so far, they were previously listed but before we started Sixbit on 8/30/17. Looks like they came through somehow with quantity on the initial Ebay upload even though they were not currently listed in Ebay. Not sure how it is off. But right now (we are listing as we speak) but we currently have 2057 items listed with a quantity greater than zero on Sixbit but 2036 listings on Ebay. So there are more out there and I don’t really know how to find them.
