Yeah, still not working today. I talked to Express 1 on the phone yesterday and that some are still having the issue. After this long you’d think they would have it fixed shortly.

Ok, so you think its safe to upgrade to beta 285 from regular version 247 even though its dated after the beta?

I just updated to the latest regular release of 3.00.247 and fix doesnt seem to be in it that it was released the 11th and the latest beta seems to be released the 9th. I’m guessing I don’t want to upgrade to that beta and wait for the next release?

The way I understand it is if you use endicia or express one for shipping (which sixbit uses for printing postage) then you are not eligible to use guaranteed delivery. You have to print using ebay labels or shipstation

So does the sixibit image logo itself cause problems with the https chrome issue coming up?

With the rate tables though you cant specific the actual service used can you? such as USPS or fedex? also it seems silly to me that with guaranteed delivery you cant use calculated shipping using the door to door option but surely that will eventually be fixed. I still dont’ fully understand the door to door option and using the rate tables but it looks like if you use calculated shipping and want to do that you just simply aren’t able to as of yet anyways.

Thanks for the info Rich. Honestly this has me all a bit confused. I print off all my labels in sixbit using express one and endicia. It would just take too much time using ebay labels so door to door is my only option as I see. However setting up the rate tables in ebay sees pretty cumbersome and from what I understand sixbit doesn’t currently support this? Also how do you set up calculated shipping based on weight in a rate table? Is this even possible as I use calculated shipping on many items based on weight.

John, thanks for the info. I had talking to someone at ebay a couple days ago about this and they must not been aware of this as I told them I use sixbit and they said I have to print ebay labels directly. So if I print my labels from sixbit using express one and endicia all I need to do is opt in, choose the handling time and I don’t have to actually print labels out using ebay, I can continue using sixbit as usual and I’ll be set? (I alread have my handling time and cutoff time set). Thanks
