Little bit of an update, I tried creating the sale event with no SKU’s entered and got an error of ‘The request can have only one of these field types: ‘inventoryItems’ or ‘listingIds’.

I’ve uninstalled and re-installed Sixbit and the machine is still not showing in the ‘Manage Agent’ window.  Is there a config file somewhere I need to change to get it to populate correctly?  We’re on version 4.00.473

Anyone come up with a workaround?  We haven’t found a way to export label costs from eBay working with their support techs.  Everyone we talk to thinks it should be possible till we try to work through it.

Hey John,

You’re right, it is in the eBay shipping tab but before we included it in the description we continually got shipping questions, lol.  A lot of eBay buyers are very casual and don’t always know where to look for the info they want.  If there isn’t a simple way to get the data, we may just pull that section from our descriptions.

Ah, bummer.  Is there a way we could pull that data from the policy for listings?

Had some test items up and running and the inventory synced!  Thanks John!

It did seem to take a while to revise the Shopify item.  Is that a result of how often the agent refreshes?  Can we change that frequency?

OK, so I think we figured out why those snippets weren’t importing.

The ones that aren’t working are located on the eBay ‘tab’ on the sell items screen.  If the snippet pulls from outside of that eBay ‘tab’ it works.  If it pulls from within the ‘tab’, it doesn’t work.

So, I don’t necessarily need to set up an allocation plan?  I can just list the full quantity on all sites and if an item sells on one, it ‘revises’ the listing on the others?  Or do I still need an allocation plan to list the full quantity to each site?

Same here. Had an auth problem with .004, just installed .005 and the problem still persists. Is there any way to roll back?

Also not able to refresh running listings on the ‘Check Listings’ screen. e.g. I change a price through eBay’s Revise Your Listing, go to SixBit, an hit refresh. The SixBit listing doesn’t update.
