Hiya Bob, My Sixbit situation is getting to be very problematic and time consuming. I like Sixbit since it was SA Assistant c 1999. I use Sixbit for composing Auctions and BIN sales and most often would like to use SCHEDULE LISTINGS. That feature fails almost all the time now and has been off and on for a year or more. The Sixbit team has tried to help but the problem prevails. I am beginning to wonder if the problem is more widespread – in areas I do not even use and said problems affect the whole. On my dashboard I have 81 orders ready to ship. I have 1060 Buyer questions to answer. I don’t even know where the feedback area is but it probably states I have thousands of feedbacks to send out.. I do all those tasks thru eBay. I do not have 81 orders to ship, any questions unanswered nor feedbacks to give. I see a yellow triangle on my dashboard left margin and it states ‘Agent is not working’ or something like that and when I touch it it disappears. Do you get any message on your dashboard left margin about messages to answer or orders ready to ship? I am wondering if I can turn off some things or eliminate some things. Since you state you use Sixbit for feedback that answers my question basically. thanks, Mike
