In listings/revise listings you need to change the currently listed # in the inventory tab not in the fixed price tab  (also check the apply to all future listings) then hit revise. You may also have to change Your inventory in items or it will show another available to list.

Storage location is already a field in items window. I’m running ver .087. Right click on the column bar and make sure it is checked to display.

I’m running ver 032. When I try to delete a shipping preset I get a popup warning about problems with deleting them and asking yes or no to delete. Are you sure that popup isn’t coming up behind another window and you’re not seeing it?

I think you are wrong about the search exposure. If you watch one of your auctions in the last few minutes the clock ticks down to 0 and it ends then it immediately gets relisted by eBay and the time shows 29 days 23 hours – minutes. I get many more sales in the last 2 days before a GTC closes than any other time so they must raise it in the search. Devs can you please let us know if you can fix this?

Click pricing at top of this page and you will see Amazon & Etsy are available in enterprise or enterprise duo versions. Amazon has been working with 6bit for quite a while.

I agree something needs to be done about this. It is especially slow loading the grid on Sell Items / views- available to list. And yes this all started when they introduced Etsy & Amazon. It keeps getting slower & slower. I’m about ready to jump ship also. Then again I don’t know that it will help posting here as NOBODY uses this board anymore- it’s dead!

Upgraded to .285 and it did not fix the problem. Submitted a ticket – support asked for my database – uploaded and waiting for a fix.

I’m running .280 and this happened when I upgraded from an earlier version. One of the fixes in ver .282 is- FIX FOR MEMORY LEAK IN ITEM WINDOW. Haven’t had time to upgrade yet but this may be the problem. Will let you know.

New version .282 just released. One of the fixes is- Fixed memory leak items window- which may be the issue with your problems and mine as I stated in another thread. Suggest you try updating to .282. I’m going to try it now.

I agree it’s a real PITA to have to go to my eBay just to see your buyers address. 90% of the time it stays the same anyhow so why can’t 6bit just show it? I don’t buy the story that eBay won’t send it when they plainly show it in my ebay info page? I think 6bit is just saying that as an excuse? It needs to be available in 6bit as soon as the item sells.

I don’t post here much but I always watch the forum every day and you are all correct it is dead almost no activity and many questions with 0 answers.
It is terrible software and hard to use compared to the old one.
Don’t know why John just doesn’t dump it and go back to the old forum?
