I keep up w updates from Sixbit. Not sure if I have Update #1.

My problem is that Sixbit did not echo the error code located in the ‘goto listings’ link and not repeated in the submissions page shown in your Help Files.

Need screenshots? I can supply them.

And … for the guy that can list ALL eBay error codes in simple ENGLISH, I would recommend giving that SixBit Worker a raise!!!!!

There are other issues w my failed listing. Sixbit wants an inventory increase when relisting. My bad for not connecting the dots.

So I went to eBay and listed it on SYI, using copy/paste (and sell similar from another listing to keep my unique item specifics), and get this error message:

It looks like there’s a problem with this listing.

We can’t list your item because it looks like it includes a phone number or email address. Contact info is not allowed in listings and repeated attempts to include it could lead to account restrictions. Please remove any contact info before listing your item.

Ok, so I find my phone number in the shipping preset. I removed it and saved. Seems there are 10 ACTIVE listings that are affected, so I clicked OK, and moved on.

Tried to relist the item and got the same (240) error code on sixbit.

Last resort, I called eBay. We found the problem. It seems in my destription that I used the txt shortcut word ‘@’ which is an eBay email violation flag. Never mind that my worded description was “mines @ full hashrate” or “working @ full power”.

It seems the ‘@’ character is now banned on eBay!!!!!! Yes, I told the Rep. to kick my complaint upstairs, or @ minimum talk about it around the water cooler!!!

Note to admins: Add this long explanation to error code (240).

Issue resolved once the ‘@’ characters were removed. Product listed correctly.

Problem solved, but I never changed any of the selected columns!

I am having the same issue.
My clumsy workaround is to goto running listings. Sort by END DATE FULL, select the ended listings, then right click and cancel.
