Also, it may help to note that this happened only for my Etsy listing. I added the same picture to my eBay listing and it went through without an issue. Perhaps this is a nother glitch related to the Etsy API update.

Hi John, Sorry for a late reply. I never got notification that anyone had responded to the query.

I tried revising both directly within the revise window and from the grid and received the same error message in both situations. See attached screenshot.

I’ll check back later. Not sure why I’m not getting notifications, but it occasionally happens when I get a response to a ticket as well.

That did the trick. BTW, you can’t remove all pictures as at least one is required, but I was able to get it down to one and when I sent revisions to the sight it went fine. I’ve updated pictures in the past without getting this error. I wonder what the difference was that caused the error…

Hi Andre, It might be helpful to see a screenshot of what you are seeing. As noted above, the running listings should only show what is active. If you are seeing more than active, something may be out of sync as B.A. Murry suggests.
