I’d provide a screen shot if I could figure out how to do it in this crappy forum software, but basically in the batch change dialog box you would select “starting price” in the left hand box, “assign from” in the middle action box, and “fixed price” in the right hand box. That will copy all of the fixed prices in the selected items into the starting price field.

You can store the original item price, or any price you want, in the Start Price and it will show on the listing. It doesn’t have to be an auction. I don’t run auctions, but I use the Start Price to hold the price at the time the item record was created. That never changes. I also have a custom field called Last Price which holds the item’s price prior to a price change.

John, I think you’re missing the real point. As far as I’m concerned, I don’t care about repricing or promotions or analytics or identifying stale listings. I simply want my listings to end after 30 days. If eBay isn’t going to let me run 30 day fixed price listings, I’d like SixBit to end them. I can take repricing from there like I do now. I’m having a hard enough time coping with sagging sales with this complication.

Try each one out and go with the one you like best. I don’t understand what the dilemma is. It’s just cosmetic.

Shipping preset is already available in the grids. To select it, right click on any column heading and select it from the drop down of available fields.

When I tried it quite a while back, Amazon told me I needed a professional account, which costs something like $50 a month, in order to get the credentials that SixBit needed. So I abandoned the idea of using SB for Amazon.

I’m not finding much, if any, improvement under .396. I still have to shut down and reopen SB periodically or it just grinds to a halt.

I’m finding that my whole computer slows down after SixBit has been running a few hours. I have to close SixBit to restore performance. I’m running .395.

I see that when the new web site is active there’s no link to the discussion forum. Will this be fixed? The new site seems awfully buggy.

How did you contact them? I don’t have a paid support plan and have rarely had them take more than a few hours to respond to a ticket. I think they provide some of the best support I’ve ever encountered.

Have you opened a ticket? They are extremely responsive. This forum is not really the place to get technical support from SB staff.
