I’ll guess that you have Business Policies set up on eBay, if that is the case then you have to edit your presets on eBay rather than within SixBit.

Yep – I am, and that would explain why I cannot edit them in sixbit. But I could not get the changes I had made in eBay to sync, even after asking for a full refresh.

But I have now solved it. I needed to choose “File->Refresh->Sync Auxiliary Data” and that has done the trick and imported the changes I made on eBay. Phew.

Thanks. That is what I hoped I would have to do, but I don’t see those icons. This is what I see on the item settings:

It’s like there is a setting somewhere that prevents Sixbit from enabling the editing of these settings
