I opened a ticket with support for the shipping cost and believe it is pending a response from eBay on updating their API.

Thanks for the confirmation on the two databases. Just to reiterate, we run a single eBay user name  on each database. The inventory on each database is specific to the site. – Thanks Again.

John, thank you for the update on shipping cost,  can you please respond to the questions below.

We are currently running two copies of Sixbits. The Agent\Databases are running on separate machines and we switch the clients between the different SQL servers. Is this an approved configuration or should we look to combine the sites into a single database.

We only use USPS for postage.

The machine is running version <span style=”color: #777575; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size: 14px;”>4.00.245 and we are enrolled in managed payment.  We use two different databases, one for each site, and the issue is effecting both. </span></span>

Can you suggest a course of action to get this corrected.

Thank you for the update. When possible please investigate adding an Inventory Shrinkage report.

1: The report would need to indicate if the shrinkage was from an order refund as these are accounted for when they occur.

2: Would it be possible to add a comment field or custom drop-down, similar to the way item status is set, to indicate the reason the adjustment was made (Ex: Damaged, Lost, Transferred).

3: The report would need to include Item Title, SKU, Adjusted Count, Adjustment Comment, and COGS.

    Regards,
    Cynthia

Let me add, we also received the error “The expression contains object ‘six-bit’ that is not defined in the current context.” This error seemed to correct its self after saving the report and rebooting the computer.

We corrected printing packing list on 4×6 labels by changing the Report, SubReport margins and page size in the Telerik editor.
    Hope this helps.

We were unable to print Inventory labels but managed to get the formatting fixed. We are still unable to print packing labels on 4×6.

Let me get a QuickCam Pro 5000 and give it a try. If this camera works it will solve the immediate issue and confirm it is not a computer issue. I will post the update results.

If I still cannot get the new camera to work I will open a ticket and maybe this is something that can be investigated in a future release.

Thank you for all the assistance.

The newer Logitech camera do not seem to be compatible with Sixbits. I have used both cameras with other third party applications without issues. I am wondering if this has to do with the 1080 resolution.

I have a 10 plus year old camera that will work with Sixbits, but due to the age the resolution is low and creates a grainy picture.

    Below are the Cameras Tested.
    Logitech C920 HD Pro
    Logitech C615
    AUSDOM Webcam

These were all 1080 cameras, but you can lower the resolution through the software. I am going to see if I can find just a 720P camera.

    Thank you,
    Cynthia
