Sonia, this is very helpful advice. Thank you. Where were you for the past many years when I needed you! I appreciate that you took the time to respond.

    For this revolution we are:

    1. Searching the SKU
    2. Placing the item into the sub-folder using the option right-click and then set status
    3. Editing the Item Specifics by going one-by-one through the items in the sub-folder
    4. While the edit screen is open, clicking save and the using the move to option to place it into the next sub-folder
    5. From the final destination sub-folder, selecting all the revised items
    6. Using the go to option, displaying the running listings for the revised items
    7. Ending the listings
    8. Re-launching them to pick up the changes

    Hi John,

We use the bulk editing tool provided by SixBit, which is the batch change.

In order to comply with eBay’s new item specifics rules, we have to work on literally hundreds of listings at one time, a feat no person can do in a day.

Rather than end all the listings to make the changes, we follow these steps:

    1. We set up a folder entitled “IS required inbox” and another entitled “IS completed outbox” ~ in the Sell Items workflow
    2. We move all listings that require update item specifics to the appropriate folder in the Sell Items workflow
    3. We then finish working on the required item specifics in the Sell Items workflow
    4. Once done, we end the listings associated with these items by selecting them and using the Go To option…and immediately re-launch them
    5. Errors are given on some, not all and we notice the Quantity to List is zero

The issue turns out to be a Catalog data error. See here: https://www.ebay.com/p/119669656

The Catalog incorrectly shows the items belonging to: eBay>Dolls & Bears>Dolls>Collectors’ Guides & Books

Who at eBay receives a report of incorrect Catalog data?

    Hey John,

Thanks for the feedback and information.

I believe the GetMyMessages API call will pull all the threaded messages sent to a user’s My Messages mailbox.

The response can include message counts and headers, resolution status and flagged status, and message text.

    I hope that helps.

It would be very beneficial for a use case like ours that involves 10 eBay seller IDs. See what you can do. Thank you.

Hi Pam, I am using the Enterprise Duo version and if you’d like to post your comments here, I’ll do my best to give you my feedback and help.

There are a few quirks and I can provide some tips along the journey of using the program for both sites.

    Hi fellow eBayers and SixBit-ers.

Here is what is happening to me: https://youtu.be/5l297w0HVX8

    I cannot use the program.

Does anyone have the link for the prior version so I can downgrade and get back on the road with today’s work?

We started using Enterprise Duo Edition and we noticed a few things and were hoping to find out a solution.

Sometimes after launching Etsy listings the images become reorganized in the Item. The first image is not posted as the primary image on Etsy, but #2 becomes the primary image the the image we put as #1 moves to another position in the image sequence. This does not occur 100% of the time and is not predictable. We would like to know if any other Etsy sellers run into this.

Hi Robert, I hope you are well. Steve at SixBit has been communicating with me on this.

Since I am able to back up manually to the same location as the automated backup, we have ruled out permissions on the folder as an issue.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.
