will you put out an announcement when this is fixed?  right now were having to go in and manually add the shipping costs for each order. we can handle this with 40 or 50 orders a day but as we get to the busy season, 150 – 200 will be too much for us to handle so I’d love to know when it’s fixed.

Is there any way to at least get into sixbit so we can view our inventory???

Yes, I understand but I think if you click on the submission error folder it will show the items and it should also show at the bottom of each item why they failed. Hopefully that will give an idea of what is wrong and how to fix it.

It looks like under the column status where it shows submission error that there is more information because of the … It should tell you what is wrong. Its often something like no qty selected or something like that. Which channel are you submitting the items on?

Have you tried clicking on the item in the listing side and right click refresh? That should cause sixbit to see it has ended. As a practice I’ve found to always cancel from sixbit so you don’t have this issue.
