There is something I would like to add here:
After the orders are shipped and marked as Shipped, clicking the Refresh button should send the Automatic Ship Notification email. But it does nothing. The Automatic Ship Notification email is sent only after Full Refresh! Is this as it should be?

I tested ti for different buttons / commands, but it is really inconvenient. The way is too long to be useful. It is much easier to click on the button.

What I am asking for is to be able to add keyboard custom shortcuts to the most frequently used commands – Add (default – e.g. Alt+A) and Duplicate (Quick – e.g. Alt+D+1 and Custom – e.g. Alt+D+2) and Edit item – e.g. Alt+E, Batch Edit – Alt+B.

I don’t know how complicate it is to be implemented, but in any case it should be very useful.

Do you mean you have difficulties selecting the right value from the drop-down menus in Item Specifics? I am with the same latest version and don’t have such problems.
Sometimes if I click on the already selected value in the filed, it may change to another one from the list, so am careful about it. Otherwise no problems.

John, I would like to renew this topic. The same problem exists with the shipping templates from Etsy. The new and edited ones are imported correctly, but the deleted ones on Etsy remain in SB.

I suppose so. I’ve just edited my Etsy shipping templates and used Synch Auxiliary Data – it works with me.
But there is still a problem – I deleted a shipping template on Etsy, but it is not deleted in SB!

I have created them on Etsy site. Then clicked in upper left corner File>Refresh>Refresh Auxiliary Data or Full Refresh

Yes, I know that a sale on Pattern lowers the quantity on Etsy. The question is in such a case: Does SixBit create a sale record or only when the sale is done on Etsy?
