Regarding Category changes and Item Species slowing being applied to current listings.  I just got off the phone with eBay.  I noticed when my fixed price listings auto renew, I’m being charged $1.00 per listing for gallery plus that I never opted in for and never have ever used.    I was told that when eBay changes the category on my behalf they are adding the gallery plus.  They told me I was always using gallery plus but I wasn’t being charged.  Now that is a charge within the Collectibles category.  If you sell in this area you might want to check your account.  Lucky for me I only have 3500 listings.   My charge would have Only been $3500.   The lady I spoke to told me I have to remove (unclick) the gallery plus feature on each of my listings.  Is there a way to remove this from all of my current listings within Sixbit??    before they auto renew?  I don’t even know where to start.

Backed up my Data before and upgraded today.  When back and all my data was gone.  Not a happy camper.   Slowly trying to figure out how to restore my data after reading the giant user guide.   Too bad the data restore does not put everything back where it was in repository.   I also keep getting invalid token warning a few times a week.  Annoyed.

Could this be the problem?  I found this tiny, tiny little icon only 1/3 of the tip showing and clicked on it.   I attached a screenshot.

Hi, Yes, I am still having problems. I was able to get the shipping policies to appear but I have to reset it back to default every time I make a listing. Not good. A second issue keeping me from getting to work is only about 5 of my 30 Ebay store categories have populated. A few are showing the same category on the list multiple times. I have refreshed all three options on the ribbon at the top. I have also clicked on the refresh button next to the store Catagories section that just makes a dead link ding sound. I downloaded the latest version that didn’t do anything and than I even uninstalled and installed the program today. My computer is brand new and meets all of the system requirements. If I can’t get this up and going soon I’ll have to move on to a different listing tool. I’m losing money because of all the bugs and can’t list on ebay. Thanks

I downloaded Sixbit Turbo version a month ago and I’ve been working with templates.  I use Ebay business policies.  I have tried everything but I can’t get the shipping info panel to populate.  I’ve tried resetting back to defaults, making sure I have the latest version.  I have nowhere to put in any business policies.  Shipping, returns, payment.  Is there a way to fix this?
