Thank you for the reply. Yes, I understand the grid views. Currently I just import a csv with the notes field with a specific key word, the sort by that note field. Just more steps than I want to do currently. Due to us adding and deleting items in large QTY, just thought be easier and faster to have it in one import spot. We do not use the QTY and price through SB as we use Seller Active to manage inventory and pricing control.

Correct, that is if all your items cancelling are in sequential order. But be have a database of 22k of items listed, and I may have a list of various manufacturer prefixes. One manufacturer may have 3K of SKU’s. It would save item just to have a window like if you want to bring items into SB from ebay where you can just enter multiple Ebay ID’s and SB pulls the listings into the database.
