I’m setting up a new computer and I’ve followed the above instructions. The program appeared to download but I can’t find it in the drive where it was installed and I can’t find it on my start menu. The options I have are shown on attached. Please advise.
Yup, same here. Orders in eBay, sale emails received. Sales don’t appear in SB. In fact, SB allowed me to re-list a sold item. I have tried importing from eBay and re-starting program. Nothing.
Hi Cathy, thanks for the link to the beta version. I have upgraded and reauthorized, but, bad news (!), it has not solved a single problem. I still can’t list or retrieve sales.

Problem is version 4.00.015 is only available to beta testers. I would upgrade to the beta version if it were available to me — or if anyone knows how to get it if you’re not subscribed, please let me know.
I’ve been asking for a back up progress indicator for a long time. My back ups take ages – more than 30 minutes so far and the whole time it says ‘Backup Database (not responding)’ so I never really know if it’s working and can’t use SB during the back up.
