The question was why it has taken so long for the promotion feature? You’ve given no timeline as to when?? I asked about this nearly a year ago, same answer? This would be helpful to me as to decide to wether to continue to use sixbit software or not? Being unable to use both promotions & regional shipping with rate tables makes this software not viable for me in the future.

Have tried 2 ways previously to upload database, both did not work. Support then decided to do a couple remote sessions with me, where they apparently saw the issue. Supports answer is below.

That’s was a listing earlier when photos were working. I have tried all different things & no solution. I have responded to the support ticket & sent the Database. This morning Items 372023203822 & 222592419226 I have ended the listing, deleted the photos, reselected & uploaded the photos & listed. The hover still not working. One thing that is puzzling is item 372022560062. This listing was revised several days ago when things where working and I relisted it yesterday and the images hover. The time difference seems to make it impossible for a remote session as you are 14hrs behind. Should I re-install sixbit? Thanks Pete
