Shopify is a good choice. A well thought ecommerce system which is current & evolving. Should help your integration.

Says something about your software/development when Ebay makes an obvious & fuctional change and you guys throw your hands up in the air !!!

Or is it where your priorities lie 😉 . Have used SAPro, Blackthorne and this is the worst software to handle multiple accounts. Turbo was easier.

Really disappointing when I payed and used this software for so long, for it to become suddenly non functional and obsolete for the simple Ebay user.

That’s not fuctiional. I will use sixbit and explore an alternative, if one cant be found I will just use Ebay for both accounts

I alternate most items listed depending on certain situations, not often the same item is listed in duplicate. Shouldn’t have to upgrade to Enterprise to make 2 accounts basic function work! Not prepared to spend that money on this software the way it currently is.

Especially, as mentioned previously, your pricing chart has every plan with 2 or more Ebay accounts?? I know you avoided replying to that? Very misleading. Only a small seller. I’m better using alternative software.

Why not concider …. “have the ability to store different listings styles in the Sell Items (ie 2nd Ebay account with the 2nd copy of shipping presets) Create once and no more batch changes. Its absurd to think it was possible to remember/relate so may batch changes not to mention how sixbit would function also” You could also have these as the promotions listings at certain times. Rather then reducing the price by a % , having an odd price & then having put the previous even price back.
The other basic Ebay function Sixbit cant do.

You would only need to provide the facility for 1 or 2 additional inventory item preset/format /layouts in the Item screen. Wouldn’t this be a more simplier way to provide the 2 missing Ebay functions? Doesn’t seem soo hard. This is only a data base program with an interface.

I’m puzzled why you ask about listing on a 2nd account ? Doesn’t really matter if some or all of the same items are being listed or if they are totally different , the software doesn’t function properly with more than 1 account. Look at your pricing chart options, its either unlimited Ebay accounts or 2 or 5 from same site? How is this possible? Users would expect all basic functions to work, especially “Shipping options” .
Being able to relist from completed listing , rather than always submit from Sell items ( last listed settings ) would solve the multiple account issue. Wasn’t this the way BT or SMP worked ? Cant exactly remember . Or have the ability to store different listings styles in the Sell Items (ie 2nd Ebay account with the 2nd copy of shipping presets) Create once and no more batch changes. Also Reading the latest reviews of your software have people questioning all the effort focused on Amazon/Esty. Explains the Ebay function catchup.

Can’t save & execute so many batch changes involving 22×4 shipping presets. Too much time. Using 2 IDs produces very different sales results from the same products. 1 ID is a store, the other is plain. Ebay do their best to manipulate the system, and more often than not my larger ID misses out ( ie offered promotions etc etc). I don’t even need different table rates for the ID’s. Ebay has never been interested in regional shipping as they expect ever seller to offer free shipping. Yeah right. Melbourne Victoria is Australia’s 2 biggest state, while the 1st & 3rd are adjoining. I’m over charging this market & missing out on a larger market from over priced shipping. Calculated shipping through Ebay just doesn’t work.
May have to use sixbit with 1 ID & Ebay with the other, which really shouldn’t be the option.

As stated before I use shipping presets ? So if I have it right, I have to do a 2nd copy of all my 22+ shipping presets for my 2nd ID & add the regional tables produced on ebay. Most presets will have possibly 4 or 5 different regional tables (22×4) for each ID . I then have to create nearly 1000 duplicate items I am selling to select these duplicate presets for the 2nd ID. Cant keep batch changing each time I list, depending on the ID. Is this right or have I lost it.

Using it through shipping presets is what was discovered in the 2nd remote session. After the second beta I was always able to select through the item window, but who is going to do that with over 800 listings??? So what have I been corresponding/waiting for?
This is very ordinary.
Changing individually in item windows is not an option nor should it be!
A bulk editing/listing tool.
And the alternative of using Ebay business policy along with sixbit will be an impossible mess. Really disappointing. These are ebay functions and it was obvious a regional shipping system was going to be introduced, which other selling platforms use?
This is not the most smoothest piece of software to use.

I will need to explore another option even being online.

I have tried the Beta and it still does not work through shipping presets?? The same result as 2nd remote session which identified this issue on 12/18 Just a 0 and nothing in the drop down. ( See support tickets ) . How exactly is this to work with more than 1 Ebay ID through shipping presets ?? The software is no good if it only works through individual item windows?? The whole purpose of using a Bulk Listing Tool. I have done all the refreshes & re-authorized several times. There must be the facility to select the Ebay ID in your current presets or maybe it has to have the ability to create separate shipping presets for each ID? I don’t know. Am I missing something?
The bottom line is I am able, through the Ebay system, create separate regional table rates for both my IDs and list on both IDs. Even if I had the same table rates for each ID I can’t see how this is to work , again am I missing something? At the moment with sixbit, I am over charging local regions & losing money on the remote regions.
Put that together with the effects of only being able to use Promotion Manager on Ebay and its impact it has on sixbit pricing for future listings etc.
And your telling me this is months away!

Also there are no details re regional table rates in the User Guide.

Can you explain this to me so I can make a decision wether to continue using the software.

Just finished another remote session & it is a sixbit bug for table rates. Wish some one had even ran through the process to see if it works. Cant understand why it wasn’t check through presets, not just the item window, the whole purpose of a bulk listing tool. Initially it didnt work at all until your update a few days ago. Messaged a long time ago , and spent a lot of time on the phone to Ebay , and waiting for their response, as I was told from sixbit support it was an Ebay issue. Dissappointing as the busy season is over, and could have used this to increase sales, as other sellers are the manual way through Ebay. Next time I will wait a few weeks with updates, so I don’t waste so much time. Also I think you will really struggle selling the Amazon version in Australia, with its huge monthly fee. Just some feedback. Amazon market place in Australia I hear is months away anyway and no one know what the take up will be anyway. I will be leaving it for the large sellers, which it is suited to. Beta 300 doesn’t show in support screen to upgrade but is detailed when you click beta? How then do I use beta 300 ?
