Hopefully Ebay will put the brakes on other site and work on ebay new features like tiered discounts and best offers on auctions. Questions for all you experts. If I created a fix price listing on ebay for 30 days and keep listed. Then go the ebay and do the bulk selling. What happens in 30 days? Will the tiered discounts disapear?

I was just on the phone with eBay, and I was told that they would not restrict an option that is still available on their site. They told me that someone from Sixbit should contact them to resolve the problem.

Did you call Ebay cust service or a ebay developer team meamber?
