Because the condition values are based on the category chosen, when no category is selected yet, we can only show the values that are common to all categories (“New” and “Used”). You are requesting that we show all possible conditions for all categories which would have several problems. First, the list would be very long. Second, if you chose a category that didn’t support the value we would have to remove the selected value. Many of the options are similar in different category, so in many cases users would have no idea which value to use.
Your best option might be to set your default category on your default item template so when you make new items, the category will already be filled in for you.
In theory, this would be possible. It would be the equivalent of another allocation plan type feature where instead of monitoring and relisting, we would have to monitor and reprice. It’s something we have considered before, but based on the scale of the job and the benefits it hasn’t made it onto our priority list.
We use the second call once the first call tells us that something has changed on a listing. Unfortunately the first call does not consider a change to the watchcount as a change worth noting.
Allocation plans are only set on the item not on the listings themselves. Changing the allocation plan on an item should trigger an update to the quantity on the running listings. It should take just a couple of minutes to update the quantities. You can also go to the inventory menu and force the allocation plans to occur.
We use the standard Windows ribbon bar which comes with its own hotkey structure. If you hold down the ALT key you will see letters appear in the ribbon menu as you select letters submenus will have letters. This is how the ribbon bar provides hot keys.
The order ID is a number automatically generated by SQL server and I don’t believe it can be changed from within Sixbit.
When I follow your links both listings look good to me. Perhaps it could be an issue with different browsers. Can you post pictures of what you were saying instead of links.
The image size issue should be the easiest to start with. Check the dimensions of the picture and try submitting with a smaller version.
This is a known issue and has been fixed in the latest betas (soon to be released as a full version).
Ross,
We aren’t aware of any support ticketing issues. Were you logged into the web site when you tried to enter the ticket?
Allocation plans will allow you to limit the inventory that’s on each site. Just use the keep X listed option. For variation items you’ll just set the scarcity level on the variation.
To fix this all you’ll need to do is an uninstall and reinstall of the latest beta. Uninstalling won’t affect your database.
