If you create a Description Wrapper in SixBit containing your HTML template, make sure it includes a variable for Description. It will be [[Description]]
When the listing is submitted, it will process the Wrapper, and pull in the Description field for each Item.
When importing from CSV, make sure the plain text is in the Description field, and include a Description Wrapper Name column that contains the name of the Wrapper from SixBit you want to assign to that Item. You can see the description mapping for the CSV on the “eBay” tab when importing to confirm the mapping. If you didn’t add a column for Description Wrapper Name, you can also add a literal name here. ie. “My Wrapper” and any item imported in that CSV will use that mapping. Likewise, you can save that CSV mapping for later use.
If you’re often using the same Wrapper for Items, along with other fields, consider using an Item Template. These can be set on the CSV import at the top of the window, so your item starts with those common fields such as wrappers, payment or shipping presets and you won’t need to include them in the CSV.

So just in the quick search and the Advanced search works ok? Open a ticket with support, they may need to test this with your db or see if you’re missing an index.

Is this searching in the Filter row, or Advanced search? How many do you expect to return from that search?
I could see it possibly hanging if the result set would be over 10K, so you might need a narrowing search term.

Not in the program, but if you have SQL Server Management Studio installed, you can pull them directly from the Purchases table. Then you can export them to a CSV file. Open a ticket with support and they can provide you with the query you’ll need to grab that data if you want to go that route.

Hi Mark,
In Check Listings, check the eBay Listing Violations view. That will help identify which Listings need required Item Specifics. Revising the Listing should display which are required. Make sure you have the option at the bottom of the window check to “Apply changes to Item” to make sure Item records are updated at the same time. I’m currently working on displaying the violations in the Revise window and highlighting the missing Item Specifics for an upcoming beta. They should be all in the “Required” section.

Hi Adam,
If you use the CSV export of Inventory, you can include the Purchase History fields you want.

Hi Bruce,
I see Steve was able to get your pictures restored from the backup. If you have any further issues with the move, let us know via a support ticket.
Thanks,

Hi Bob,
Is your agent currently working, doing automatic refreshes every 15 minutes and pulling in new Orders? If the Agent is hung, it would affect the custom duration functionality. Restarting it, or the computer itself should reset it. Could you open a support ticket through the program? Our support staff may need a remote session to diagnose this, but there shouldn’t have been any recent changes to affect this functionality.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
This will be restored in the next beta, v. 4.00.383 or later.

Hi Owen,
To use multi-channel support with SixBit you do need the allocation plan functionality only available in the Enterprise Editions. The Duo version adds the second site functionality. Since we don’t use a SKU or Order level pricing model, we tried to price these as fairly as possible. For larger sellers, the additional sites, mostly Shopify and Amazon, are considered a bargain compared to competitors. But for lower volume sellers, who primarily focus on eBay and Etsy as their channels, the price will be higher in relation to Sales. We’ll discuss this here and see if we can come up with a better option for you.
In the meantime, if you select the Etsy option and unselect the eBay option in your Options screenshot(you are allowed 1 Site based on your subscription), make sure you check the option to “Leave Listings in Running…” or all your eBay listings will be moved to ended in the program. You’ll want to keep them in Running for when you enable Ebay again and disable Etsy. If you have any further questions about this option, open a support ticket and we’ll be glad to help.
Thanks,
John

We’ll get Site Order ID into an upcoming beta. No word from eBay on a fix for the cost issue.

Inserting an html break should do the trick. <br>

Hi Derick,
I don’t see this field as available through the API with the call we are using to refresh Orders.

If you were doing fixed priced listings, it could be done with a single Variation listing. But for Auctions you can create one Item and use the Custom Duplication function in Sell Items to choose which fields to carry over and the # of copies you’ll need. Once done, you can submit all the Items at once, or schedule them to list spaced apart. If you need help setting it up, open a support ticket from the program and we’ll be able to help via a remote session.

In File|Options|Creating Items|Category/Item Specifics tab you can choose to only show Required and/or Recommended Item Specifics and omit the Optional ones in SixBit.
