The forum search will only work if you’re logged in, so it looks like your second issue with the captcha is blocking that. Have you tried different browsers to log in? Do you use a VPN? Do other sites with captcha work?
You can always email support (support@) directly to auto open a ticket if necessary. I’ll open a ticket from here, and we’ll be able to help through the support system. Let me know if you don’t get the support ticket email.
