The updated Views/Hit Count should be active on June 10 again. It should only show the last 30 days of Hits, unlike the old value which was lifetime of listing.

I’ve added the option to use Dimensional Weight for Shopify for the next beta, 4.00.420 or later. This will be on the “Specs” tab of the Item window and only visible if you have the Shopify site enabled.

The forum search will only work if you’re logged in, so it looks like your second issue with the captcha is blocking that. Have you tried different browsers to log in? Do you use a VPN? Do other sites with captcha work?

The first refresh should have tried to bring in the last 90 days, but if the transactions weren’t linked correctly in the eBay database I wouldn’t expect them to come in before their fix.

Just an update on this. The API team reported that the old hit count field will now remain in the existing API call and they will work on it internally to make it more accurate. I’ve re-added the Hits field to the grid and search for hotfix 4.00.403.

The only field that shouldn’t be used is the additional shipping field as that only applies to copies of the same item only. Combined shipping rules should be set in My Ebay and would apply to any item listed and purchased by the same buyer, it’s not a property of the Item itself. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

Hi Mary,

The Hit Counter and Hit Count(Views) fields are being removed from the eBay API at the end of the month so we removed those fields from SixBit. The views data wasn’t necessarily accurate and the counter itself was being removed from their site. They are providing a new API that we will use to get these numbers, and that will return in an upcoming release.
