    Hi Billy,

You can export the Compatibility sets from the Export toolbar button in Sell Items mode, alter them, and import them back in corrected.

Bundling is an issue we’re looking at incorporating into SixBit in the near future.

    Hi Allen,

Did you run the import from Ebay? It should have prompted on first run, but you can bring in your running listings with this function.

    https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Importing_from_eBay.htm

After the first time, any new items that weren’t created by SixBit on Ebay should also come automatically with the Refresh every 15 minutes.

    Hi Jeremy,

Payment Received Date is available in the CSV export of Orders. It should also be available for the direct grid export if it currently showing in your view. If not, you can add it or create a custom grid view that shows just the fields you want to export from the Orders grid.

    Hi Daniel,

Did you open a ticket with support? They should be able to diagnose the problem and get you running.

They should be refunding you directly for any balance remaining. You may contact them for any balance issues if you don’t receive it promptly. https://www.express1.com/us-postal-service-contact.html

I’ll check the links for Endicia. If you have some examples, open a support ticket and we’ll make sure to get them fixed.

    Thanks,

You can run the collation fix function from the program that should fix the issue too.

In SixBit, click File > Options > General > Support > Support Control and click Fix Collation Issues. Wait a few moments for that to finish, once completed, please restart SixBit and check to see if the listings are showing in the program.

Please let us know if that does not resolve the issue.

    Hi Katrine,

Which version did you install? The 252 beta and 228 full versions should have addressed that issue from the 250 and 227 builds. If not, open a ticket with support and they can have you run the collation fix directly.

    Thanks,

    John

The batch Edit Sales function will allow you to set the FVF on a sale record in the Order. The total of those will show on the Order record.

Were these combined orders? That value should be what eBay is returning, so if it’s wrong, we probably should have support take a closer look at the data returned. If you see this again, open a support ticket and we’ll look it with your database if necessary.

Is your agent working? Any of the automatic emails would be controlled by that. Restarting the computer will force the agent to restart and that might clear up the issue. If not, open a support ticket and our staff will check into it further.

in reply to: How to Remove Items from Upload List #15091

    Hi Mike,

Awaiting Upload is a workflow status as B.A. mentioned, but unlike the other workflow statuses in the program, it contains Upload Lists instead of sub-statuses. While an Item can only have one status in the workflow, it can be in 0,1 or more Lists. The lists can be for seasonal items, listing on different formats like auction or fixed price, listing on different sites, or listing on a day of the week. They just make for an easy view to submit items you’ve stashed for listing in a group.  Once listed, they are removed from the list they were submitted from and the status will change to Previously Listed if they are in no other lists. In your example, you could have a list for every month and as you create items or select ones to be listed, you can flag them for a  September list. Then come September, select that list, select all items in the grid and submit. The list will then be empty and ready for next September.

The Item repository is more like a catalogued version of all Items you’ve entered, regardless of status. Once an Item is placed in a folder, it will stay there until you move it or delete it.

Here’s the documentation to explain the Item Organization further. There is also a video for getting started with the Workflow and Repository.

If you have any further questions, just ask.

    Thanks,

    Hi Brielle,

We haven’t had any requests for this yet, but are you thinking of selecting a Listing in the grid, right click and “Post to …” which would create a link on these sites? It’s something we could look into, but it would require an authorization process to allow us to post content for your accounts.

    Hi Sara,

Moving the database to a new computer is covered here in the User’s Guide.  If you have any issues or questions or would like support to help make the move, open a support ticket and we can set up a remote session.

    Thanks,

If they don’t clear in another day or two, open a support ticket. We can test the calls to see if eBay is still returning them as violations or if there is an issue with the program handling the results.

Should be in the Reports toolbar button dropdown in Sell Items mode for Small Business and above subscriptions.
