Hi Don,
The anonymized email is only returned to us within 2 weeks of an Order via the API. I haven’t been able to confirm how long it will remain active, but some sources have reported up to a year. You should be fine emailing after a few weeks.
According to eBay’s Release notes, it should be the same email for transactions between you and the Buyer.
Unique alias email addresses will be used for each buyer transaction. The same alias email address will be used for all transactions with the same buyer.

Hi Shane,
The guide isn’t yet updated, but if you’re running with 2014 on Windows 11, you should be fine. If you had any issues, our support team can get it corrected or update you to SQL Server 2019 if necessary. Open a Support ticket if you want us to upgrade you, but 2014 will work fine for SixBit.

We’ll get the Year Made updated for the next beta build, 4.00.468.
Thanks,

Hi Albertine,
Automatic name is usually recommended so you don’t have a picture with the same name managed by two different items, and it makes them easier to find in the case they are missing from Item but searchable in the External Picture directory. The Picture URL field in Items is searchable, so if you have a SKU and that is in the name, it should be able to locate the item using that Picture.
If you want, open a support ticket and our team should be able to get your picture paths restored via a remote session.

Hi Albertine,
In File|Options|Pictures, Automation tab it should show you the format for the picture name. The 13696 in your example should be the ItemID and 002 the picture number for the Item that needs a picture added. If you have a running listing for this Item, try refreshing that and it may bring back the picture for you. If not, try deleting the pictures from the Item in SixBit and then refreshing the Listing. That should do it.

Could you open a support ticket for this issue? If you could send in your db with an example of a Listing, I’ll run some tests here to see if there is anything we’re missing here.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
Yes, removing the others should default it to that, but I would expect it to at least be shown as a secondary option to the Buyer. If you’d like, we could run some tests with your db if removing them doesn’t work to update them. Were you enrolled in GSP prior if you never enrolled in this one? Because the enrollment function should have added it automatically to your running listings and any new ones after that date. Just wondering if they transitioned you from the old GSP setting without running that function. Let us know your results.
John Manning, Senior Developer
Checking the API docs, the setting should be account wide as set on eBay and this option in SixBit previously used for GSP will be ignored. The listings should automatically include the Ebay International Shipping if you’re enrolled.

How did you run the revision? The option to revise after saving the preset? Have you tried submitting a new listing with this preset?

Any errors in the Event log under either the Email tab or the Automated task tab? If you open a support ticket, we may be able to remote in to diagnose and fix the issue.

Hi Shane,
Did you receive an enrollment email from eBay or were you opted in to GSP earlier? Your account will have to be enrolled first on site before the setting would work.

Hi Billy,
You can export the Compatibility sets from the Export toolbar button in Sell Items mode, alter them, and import them back in corrected.
Bundling is an issue we’re looking at incorporating into SixBit in the near future.

Hi Allen,
Did you run the import from Ebay? It should have prompted on first run, but you can bring in your running listings with this function.

After the first time, any new items that weren’t created by SixBit on Ebay should also come automatically with the Refresh every 15 minutes.

Hi Jeremy,
Payment Received Date is available in the CSV export of Orders. It should also be available for the direct grid export if it currently showing in your view. If not, you can add it or create a custom grid view that shows just the fields you want to export from the Orders grid.

Hi Daniel,
Did you open a ticket with support? They should be able to diagnose the problem and get you running.
