Hi Albertine,
Could you open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the International tab for your Shipping Preset?
Thanks,
John

Hi WestPlace,
When you use the CSV export, make sure you include the eBay Category and ConditionID field. The ID field was just added to the Export in the 3.00.145 beta on 3/9.
Once you import these into the new database, run the Synch Aux. Data refresh and Sixbit will bring in the new Condition values based on these new categories.
The Check Item window should then show the proper condition “New (Other)” instead of New.
The Sell Items grid relies on a non-category specific list, so “New” would still be shown for ConditionID of 1000, even though your particular category may show 1000 as “New (Other)”

It will be added for Calculated in the next beta, 3.00.149 or later.

Hi Eric,
We can add the Title to the Preview window. The variables in the Description area should already be resolved. Or were you looking for Item Specifics? We could add that to the preview as well.
For Bulk previewing, you can leave the preview window open and either navigate via the arrows in the upper right, or from the Items grid. That should change with each Item in the current Grid view.
There is also currently an option on the CSV export window to “Resolve Variables on Export”.

Hi Mark,
Local Pickup should be available in “Other Services” if you’ve selected Flat Shipping. It doesn’t show for Calculated.

The Store Category fields are available in the Batch Change window. You’ll also need to pick the Business Profile associated with the eBay Store.

If all of the Sales in the Orders are still in Awaiting Payment, they should also be combined on eBay. If one is already paid, Sixbit will save a Local Combined Order, which then won’t be reflected on Ebay.

If this is a separate database, make sure the option in File|Options|Refreshes|Mapping the eBay Custom Label Field is set to SKU.
That will upload the SKU to eBay and treat imported items as unique by SKU.

Hi Jivko,
Yes, the automatic emails run after full refreshes. These should be done by the background agent every 15 minutes.

Hi Jivko,
The Address isn’t returned in the API call until Checkout is complete. The Buyer still has the option to choose an address from either eBay or PayPal, so until they do, we don’t have one to work with.

We’ll get a new beta out Monday to fix this, 3.00.143.
You can manually refresh using the Refresh All Orders->Refresh All eBay orders, or let the Agent do it automatically every 15 minutes.
Thanks,

Hi Tim,
SixBit doesn’t directly integrate with QuickBooks.
You can use the CSV export to get Order information from SixBit and then import that CSV file into Quickbooks.

Hi Tasos,
You will need to use the File|Database|Create New Database function to create a database and select the US Region. Once you’re set to the correct region, the Listings will Import.

Hi Aepa,
If you open a Windows Explorer window to the location of your pictures, you can drag/drop right onto the Item rows in the Sell Items grid. If you’re using the Simple grid view, you should see all 20 Items at once.

Hi Jivko,
We are aware of this issue and I’m working on a fix. It will apply to any field that shows in Ebay, Bidstart, Etsy and Amazon with the same name.
Thanks,
John
