If your active content is in a Description Wrapper, fixing that should prompt you to revise any listings using it automatically when you save it.
If the content is in the Description itself, you should be able to use the Advanced search to search for a unique string that is part of that content to find the Items and Listings that use it.

Hi Tarek,
This issue with the Quick Access toolbar should have been fixed in more recent versions. Are you currently running the latest full, 3.00.120 or the latest beta 2.00.171?
If you are on one of these versions and still see the issue, open a support ticket and we’ll be able to clear the setting that is causing the issue for you.
Thanks,

Hi Terry,
The field was renamed to Stock Total. If you use Drop Shipping or Fulfilled By Amazon as fulfillment sources you’ll see additional columns for Stock Self, Stock Drop Ship and Stock FBA.

It was renamed to Stock Total for beta 3.00.141.
From the release notes:
Changed column Qty On Hand in Items grid to Stock Total. Stock columns were added for various fulfillment sources if Amazon or Drop Shipping is used: Stock Self, Stock Drop Ship and Stock FBA.

Hi Jeff,
There was an option added in File|Options|General for Item grid selection for bulk operations. Now you can choose between selection order or grid sort order.

Since the Item Specifics vary by category, there isn’t a way to set it for all Items. But if you’re creating similar Items using the same categories, you can save an Item template with the Category and Country preselected. When you create new items using that template, they will be filled in automatically.

Hi Erik,
If you use the Custom Duplication option(drop down the Duplicate toolbar button), you can choose to duplicate Storage Location. Any fields selected there will be sticky and used for future duplications.

The row details template in the grid only shows the Product title. To see the eBay Title column populated, switch to “Simple Grid view” by clicking the icon in the upper right of the grid. Mouseover the icon and the tooltip will indicate the correct one.
Thanks,
John

Hi Albertine,
Could you open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the International tab for your Shipping Preset?
Thanks,
John

Hi WestPlace,
When you use the CSV export, make sure you include the eBay Category and ConditionID field. The ID field was just added to the Export in the 3.00.145 beta on 3/9.
Once you import these into the new database, run the Synch Aux. Data refresh and Sixbit will bring in the new Condition values based on these new categories.
The Check Item window should then show the proper condition “New (Other)” instead of New.
The Sell Items grid relies on a non-category specific list, so “New” would still be shown for ConditionID of 1000, even though your particular category may show 1000 as “New (Other)”

It will be added for Calculated in the next beta, 3.00.149 or later.

Hi Eric,
We can add the Title to the Preview window. The variables in the Description area should already be resolved. Or were you looking for Item Specifics? We could add that to the preview as well.
For Bulk previewing, you can leave the preview window open and either navigate via the arrows in the upper right, or from the Items grid. That should change with each Item in the current Grid view.
There is also currently an option on the CSV export window to “Resolve Variables on Export”.

Hi Mark,
Local Pickup should be available in “Other Services” if you’ve selected Flat Shipping. It doesn’t show for Calculated.

The Store Category fields are available in the Batch Change window. You’ll also need to pick the Business Profile associated with the eBay Store.

If all of the Sales in the Orders are still in Awaiting Payment, they should also be combined on eBay. If one is already paid, Sixbit will save a Local Combined Order, which then won’t be reflected on Ebay.
