Shane,
Yes, that will add the correct tagline.
James,
I’m planning on making a release candidate today and that should be a full release this week.

Charlie,
Did you open the ticket under your client account? The latest one I see is from 70 days ago.
Has anyone from support contacted you? If not, try logging into the website and submitting another ticket. We should be able to get your backups squared away with a remote session.
I did test a few refreshes(about 6000 listings) here and haven’t seen the problem yet.
Thanks,
John

Hi Charlie,
Could you submit your database when you get a chance? I’d like to track this down.
Open a support ticket when it completes so I’ll be notified.
Thanks,
John

Unrealdeals, Charlie: How many Listings did you select to refresh? Was there any grouping active in the grid?

Hi Shane,
The mobile summary tags should have been fixed in beta 3.00.224. Are you still seeing this issue with the latest beta?
If so, open and support ticket and we’ll want to look at your descriptions and wrappers.
Thanks,
John

All Listings will need to be revised once with the new version to change the tagline.

We’ve narrowed it down to a partial refresh set being returned from the eBay API and will affect all versions of SixBit.
When we’re updated on a a fix date, we’ll let you know.
The only workaround currently is to select your listings in Check Listings, and right click “Refresh”. To help find those that should have ended, create a view in Check Listings to show Listings with a Status of Running and an End Date before “Tomorrow”. After you have the view you can Ctrl-A to select them all to Refresh.

Hi Brian,
This is usually the result of an existing SQL Server installation that needs to be reinstalled. Open a support ticket and our support team will be able to help directly with that.
Thanks,
John

Hi Jeff,
Do you have additional info in the CSV file that the Amazon import in SixBit wouldn’t bring in? With your credentials in SixBit we should be able to import all of your Amazon items.
Sally,
We’ll check out the CSV mapping issue you reported.

We’re looking into this now. Open a support ticket as we may need more specific information from you to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
John

The HTTPS tagline change is in the latest beta, 3.00.235. It should make it’s way to full release within the week.

Hi Tim,
The Handling time option is only available to those using those services or eBay Shipping Labels. They may work with Endicia in the future to include them, but not at this time.
This makes this functionality only practical if you use those already, usually smaller sellers. Ebay pays for those return labels that need to be generated in case of a missed delivery date.
The other option, Door to Door is supported by using the Rate tables. These you can select in your Business profiles or Shipping Presets. You will need the latest beta (3.00.234) to support more than one rate table on your preset. Old versions only had a checkbox for the “Default” one. You, the seller are responsible for any return labels that need to be printed based on a missed Delivery time.

Hi John,
Due to some recent eBay changes, we’ve had to add a few more updates to 232. It should be out today once we’ve tested it.
Sorry for the delay,
John

We’ll get this fixed for the next beta version.

Hi Kasey,
If you choose the Handling time option, you’ll just need to set up your CutOff time in My eBay and set a Handling Time of 0 or 1 Day in SixBit. eBay figures out the Delivery date for you and will cover the cost on a Return if you meet the handling time. This is already supported with SixBit.
If you choose Door to Door, you’ll need to use the Rate Tables which you set up in My Ebay. In this case you guarantee the Delivery date set up in your Rate tables and you cover the cost on a Return. We’re working on getting the list of these from eBay and being able to set them on your Sixbit Shipping Presets for the next beta. The current version only supports the Default Domestic and Default International Rate Tables.
