We’ll take a look.

As Shane mentioned, it’s fixed in the latest betas, but I’ll get a hot fix out for those on the full release versions. It will be 3.00.248.

Hi Holly,
If you upgrade to the latest full version, 3.00.246, select your running listings in Check Listings and “Revise|Send Revisions to Site” it will update the tagline to meet the HTTPS requirement.

The Sell Items view doesn’t have an End Date. It just shows you which Items still have Quantity available to list on any site.
If you want to find recently ended listings, use the Check Listings mode and search for those that have recently ended. To list them again, select them, right click and “Goto Items for these Listings” and submit them again.
If you’re using one of the Enterprise editions, you can assign Allocation Plans to do this automatically when Listings end with unsold items.

Beta 3.00.275 is out now and should fix the issue.

Testing will begin soon on this feature, we just have a few more things to finish up.
If anyone is interested in testing this feature and giving their feedback, open a support ticket and we’ll put you on the list to be notified.

You would need to create a second item if you didn’t want all of the variations up on both sites. We don’t yet support allocating individual variations but it is something we’re looking into as a future enhancement.

Hi Robert,
We do resend pictures again if they are over 60 days old to keep the Ebay Picture Services copies from expiring and being deleted.

Hi Dave,
The ASIN option should be in the latest release, 3.00.244, along with an option showing “Edit new item after duplicating”. If you upgrade to that, you should be good.
If the Listing was in but ended, the Allocation plan would just resubmit as soon as it has quantity available. How did you update the quantity, via a CSV update or directly in the UI?
To prevent the allocation plan from kicking in, you would need to set it to “None” for these Items until you’re ready to have them submit.
When you set them back on, the background agent should pick them up and submit them.
The eBay API refresh errors or token issues from a few weeks ago may have caused the count mismatch. If you don’t see any blank eCommerceIDs to cancel, sort the running listings by End Date in the Check Listings grid. Select any that have an End Date in the past and right click “Refresh.” These should move to completed.

Hi Matt,
Were you able to uninstall/reinstall Sixbit to see if the issue is resolved? That database should stay attached, but make sure you have a backup available.
Other things to check is for available disk space and if your system is up to date on Windows updates. Some of the Windows updates may not have been completed and are affecting your system performance with our program.
Another thing to test is to switch the HTML editor. If one of those fixes the issue, it could help us determine what is causing the others to fail.

Let us know the results in the ticket and we should be able to assist further. It may come down to requiring a System Restore of Windows or complete reinstall of Windows which is something we’re not able to do remotely.
Thanks,
John

Hi Dave,
If you open the Custom Duplication options by dropping down the Duplicate toolbar button in Sell Items, you can uncheck the “ASIN” option to keep it from duplicating that by default.
Sixbit shouldn’t create a new listing, Ebay or Amazon without it being manually listed at least once first. If one had been previously listed and is now restocked, it will submit a new listing, or update the last one to remove it from Out of Stock. Are you seeing ones that have no previous listings on that site be submitted, and if so, which site?
Thanks,
John

Hi Natalie,
What shipping services do you have set in your preset (or business policy)?

Hi Michael,
Did you try the Import from Ebay back 30 days? Some of the other refresh issues could have affected your counts and that should pick up missing listings.
If that doesn’t resolve it, open a support ticket in the program and we should be able to track down the problem with a remote session.
