The Rate table refresh issue fix for multiple Seller Accounts will be out in today’s beta, 3.00.300.
The new promotions functionality required some additional prep work to support it. Now that Etsy and Amazon integration is completed, we’ll be addressing the Promotions project in the upcoming months.

Hi Pete,
We’ll be supporting eBay’s new Marketing API to handle Promotions.
For the Rate table issues, could you open a ticket with support and submit your database when you get a chance?
Thanks,
John

You can use the CSV export to pull the pictures from Sixbit whether you are using external picture storage or database storage.
From the User”s Guide CSV Export:
In addition to exporting the picture paths with the Pictures field, you can also export the pictures themselves by checking When exporting pictures create pictures files in: and then providing a path to put the exported pictures. The pictures will be named with the itemid of the item followed by a sequential number for each picture.

Yes, it’s related to the category issue. Condition, Item Specifics and Compatibility info is all dependent upon that working correctly.
The fix is now up, 3.00.297. Let me know if you see any further issues.

We’ve found an issue with a several minute Category refresh getting kicked off the first time you open the Item Window with the new version. If you let it complete, it should be working, albeit still taking a few seconds to load the category selector and the dependent Item specifics, compatibility and conditions dropdowns.
We’re working on a fix and should have it out soon.

We had that on a paid hosting service and retired it in favor of this board.

We’ll check on the delay. We switched the category breadcrumb control to one with more options and it’s likely waiting on the category refresh from eBay. If you open the same item a second time, is it instantaneous, or still the delay?
One of the new features of the control is the ability to type in a category number directly and hit enter to bring it up.
Another is typing out the path without mouse clicking on the arrows. Levels are separated by a “\”. As you type it searches the sublevel, arrow key down to select and backslash to search the next sublevel.

They’ve backed off on the enforcement date, but they still want compliance for reasons mentioned in their post below.

One of the updated controls used in the grids was causing the issue in 292. Beta 3.00.293 has a fix for that as Ruben mentioned.

The Ebay hosted themes weren’t compliant with the new HTTPS requirements. The latest information we have is that they will be addressed by eBay in January at the earliest.

Beta 3.00.291 should fix the issue. Either set the Refresh Orders date back and run the quick refresh, or selectively refresh those Listings.

1. Yes.
2. No.

You’ll need to have multiple Items in Sixbit, with the same ASIN and different SKUs.
John Manning, Senior Developer
Amazon weights can only be updated by the ASIN owner, and you can set them in Sixbit via the Create ASIN screen.
The weights in the Specs tab are indeed sent to eBay and used for setting Shipment weights for Postage in SixBit.

Let me clarify. This is a User to User discussion board, not a Technical support one. If you have a question or problem that needs more immediate attention, use the Support Tickets.
Perfectly fine to post a “Anyone else seeing this problem in the new version?” question. It can give us a better idea of the number of affected users, but we’ll likely need more information in a support ticket to reproduce the problem. Once a fix is made, we can update the post with the fix version and avoid the necessity of more tickets.
