Hi Leonard,
Open a Support ticket from the Support tab in the program. Support should be able to resolve the issue for you fairly quickly.

Hi Dave,
Some of the names have changed, but the fields should be available in the “All Fields” grid view instead of the default “Inventory” one. If you click the Manage views icon, duplicate “All fields” and give it a new name, you should be able to save that View with the new layout selected.
We’ll get the Inventory view updated for a future release.

Should still be 3.00.307.

This should now be fixed in the 3.00.307 hotfix released today.

I just replied to your post, could you upload the database for us and open a support ticket?
Thanks,
John

Hi Nabachandar,
Could you open a ticket for this Amazon issue and upload your db over the weekend? Let us know a few of the Orderids of ones that didn’t update on their own and we’ll check the logs.
Thanks,
John Manning, Senior Developer
Hi Robert,
We did identify a missing library file in the latest install. It will be included in the 3.00.305 hotfix.

We’ve been testing a few databases here and haven’t been able to reproduce the Order Refresh issue yet. If you’re still seeing the issue, open a support ticket and our staff will help you with a remote session.

I’ll add this a feature request and we should get it into an upcoming beta.

Hi Justin,
The packing list should include the full name of the Buyer. Is the Order still in “Awaiting Payment” status or has it moved to “In Process”? Once “In Process” it should have the full Buyer details returned from eBay and be ready for a Packing Slip.

Yes, every version can be used with more than one seller account.
Seller specific templates will be out in a future beta. It would probably be a few months before a full release. Yes, you would still need to do bulk changes, there isn’t any trick to getting around eBay’s account specific Rate tables. When the account changes, all the IDs associated with the Rate tables change.
Create Item Templates for each account, export your items from one and import using the other template, excluding the shipping preset and business profile fields. You’ll then have duplicate items each tied to an different account with the correct presets. You’ll lose automatic inventory management, but it’s the simplest if you’re not going to use the batch change functionality.

The Editor is fairly resource heavy, so we didn’t make it always on on the Edit Item Window. Ideally, the Description will only contain text, while the bulk of the HTML formatting will be in a Description Wrapper.
Could you attach a screenshot of the Spell Checker issue?

Hi Alan,
Open a support ticket in the program and copy this information. Attach a sample CSV file and some pictures that are used in it and we’ll run some tests here.
Include the preset names you’re having issues with.
Thanks,
John

Just curious as to the reason. Sellers often run different stores under different accounts, but running the same items on different stores means you’re competing against yourself.
The goal is to get the best Search visibility and while it may help to move an item to account with better standing, keeping it on both shouldn’t.
Relisting from a completed listing is how allocation plans work, if you’re using them, it would work for multiple seller accounts automatically.

Hi Robert,
Are you using the latest beta, 3.00.303?
