If your category is not one of the ones listed in the new PBSE changes, you can list it without using a Product Identifier(GTIN or EPID).
You’ll want the Brand/MPN in those fields later if you do need to associate them with eBay Catalog Items in the future.
Try the Import with the ProductIDType of “None” and it should not use the ProductID field as a match for unique items. Only include ItemID if you’re matching to update an existing Item in SixBit. If you have your own ItemID, use the ExternalItemID field instead. If no identifier is found, it should create new Items on Import.
The order for uniqueness matching on import is SKU,ProductID(with type ‘None’), ItemID, and ExternalItemID.

The condition shouldn’t be required in this category, but it should still take it. We can only send the Condition Description if the Condition is set to Used, so you should be able to update your Items in Sixbit with by batch changing condition to Used. Then you should be able to submit or revise your items to get the Condition Description sent up.

Hi Audrey,
We’ll take a look at this.

Todd is correct. Here’s the detailed instructions from the User’s Guide:

Which version are you currently running? We have this marked as fixed in 3.00.345. We’ve tested it with the latest beta, 3.00.379 and it’s still working here. Open an support ticket if you’re still seeing issues in the beta and the support team will help track this down.

Current Price is currently only designed for Auction type listings.Otherwise it just reflects the Fixed price value. We’re working on Promotions support, and when that’s done we should be able to reflect Current Price and Fixed Price differently.
Send Revisions to Site will use the latest information from the Item and Listings to Revise the Listing. If you’ve updated via CSV or Batch Change, it will pull those changes. The problem you’re seeing is that Items have a Price and Listings have a Price and in that case it will always pull the Listings versions. Send Revisions to site is essential to sending batch Revisions that are made outside of the Revise Listing Window.

Sounds like someone from eBay support should contact eBay developers. They will tell them that the feature is no longer supported in the API. They will also tell them that since the bidders were anonymized years ago, the setting hasn’t really done anything on their backend.
It’s gone man, let it go.

There was an issue with the Authorization flow on Wednesday and Thursday. Ebay had to revert a few changes to our Credentials to make the token refresh work properly again.
If you have any issues, open a support ticket and we’ll take a look.

The item won’t automatically relist if there is no longer quantity available. If it sells on Etsy, SixBit will end it on eBay. Or move it to Out of Stock if you’re using that feature on eBay.
Any Quantity change, either manually or due to a Sale will trigger the Allocation plans to calculate what should be up on sites with the available inventory.

We’ll have to do that on our end. I’ve added it to the feature request list so it should make it in an upcoming beta release.

There should be a Item Details sidebar on the right of the Sell Items grid. When collapsed it will show “Item Details” text along the right side with an expander arrow to show it.

Hi Andre,
Was this just a bug in the mobile app? I’m not seeing the issue now with your items.

Hi Chris,
What did you use for search text? If you have a UPC, but that in the ProductID field and click the search icon next to it.
You should be able to find an exact match. The Betas out now should also allow you to customize the search text right in the Item Research Window.
If you’re still having issues find the correct products, open a support ticket and the Support team can help you directly with a remote session if necessary.

This can be caused by a Windows update and a restart may be all that’s needed to fix the issue. eBay has also been having some technical issues that may have affected the connection, but you shouldn’t need to refresh your token. If you it again and the restart doesn’t fix the issue, open a ticket with support.
Thanks,

The Item record contains the common information to each Item. The individual Site tabs in the lower half of the Edit Item Window contains the Site specific information for that Item which is then copied to your Listing record at the time of creation. The duration and scheduling options are added from the Submission window. The Item can be edited and listed on other sites in the meantime, while the Listing will remain unchanged. Likewise a Listing can be revised on an individual site without affecting the master Item record.
The problem you will run into with multiple Listings is eBay is transitioning to the Product based views, so you will need an unique catalog identifier(EPID,UPC or other GTIN) for each item and duplicates from the same seller won’t be allowed. If there are other sellers using the same product you will share the same catalog product page. Your individual listing information will only be shown if the Buyer clicks on your individual listing page, which is shown below the main Catalog information. As Amazon requires an ASIN to list, eBay will require an EPID. If there is no Catalog Item, and the Category requires one, you will need to create your own Catalog Product.
Once you have a Catalog Item you will only need to set a price, shipping, payment and return policies to list. Title, Description and Photo can be used from the Catalog. If you use our catalog search now, it’s how it works already for existing eBay Catalog Items.
