It’s taking longer than expected to get everything finished. We’re now shooting for a June beta release.

Yes, we’ve been looking into this and it should make it to beta in the upcoming months.

Looks like the fix missed that build, will be out in the next beta, 3.01.032.

We were able to duplicate this issue and it should be fixed in the latest beta, 3.01.031.

    Hi William,

If the computer is off at the time the listings should end, it will end them once it starts. We use the same background agent as used by our Refreshes.
Here’s the KB article on this feature: https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/clients/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=17&id=81

It will retry if the listing is still in the running status and due to end. If it ends but the Allocation plan fails to relist, it will show as an allocation error and need to be manually handled.

Just an issue with the version setting. If you upgrade to the newly released 3.01.012 version, you should be fine.

    Hi Ben,

Currently the Auto End task runs on an hourly basis. The Auto End Date will be set to the same time of day as the Start Date, so once the next Agent task checks after that, it will end it.

    Hi Richard,

The Beta to handle Auto Ending listings and reapplying the Allocation plan is now out. 3.01.030. That should replace the functionality lost from eBay’s duration limitation.

The Beta version is out now, 3.01.030. If you turn on the Beta Notifications in Options you should be able to see it.
The Submit window will now allow you to specify any non-GTC duration. The Check Listings grid will show that duration in the Custom Duration column, along with the Auto End Date field. The agent task to Auto End will run once an hour and end those that are due.

For Running listings, you can use the Batch Change function in Check Listings to set a Custom Duration. The Auto End Date will then be calculated from the Start Date out to the number off days specified for the Custom Duration.

If you’re using an Allocation plan with a relist functionality, it will auto relist as well. This will maintain the functionality of the decreasing price feature on Relists in the Allocation Plans, if so used.

    Hi Jane,

You should see the Check Listings mode selector on the left. This will bring up the Listings Grid after import. If you need further help, open a support ticket from the program and we’ll be able to get you started in the right place.

    Hi Bob,

Just finished all the functionality for the Beta build. Support will be testing it in the morning and should have the update out in the afternoon. (ver. 3.01.030 or later)
Since SixBit will be handling the ending of listings, you will be able to batch change any existing GTC listings to a shorter duration on the fly if you already have them running.

This is currently being tested here, and should be out in the next beta. Shooting for a Monday release at this point if all goes well.

    Hi Rocky,

We’ll get the documentation updated. In the meantime, open a ticket with support and our team should be able to get you started with a remote session.

    Thanks,
