Only the IDs and Names of the Shipping Presets are available, not the individual fields in the presets.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperIf you’re using one of the Enterprise Editions, you just need to set an Allocation plan on the Item record for each Site. Any quantity changes, manual, csv, site sales will trigger them to be revised or ended within a minute.
If you’re not on the Enterprise edition or above, only Variation listings behave this way.

It looks like the same basic function we supported years ago with Allocation plans, where you can list something for X days and if it ends without selling, decrement it and auto relist to a floor price. Since Fixed price is all GTC now, you’d have to use our Custom Durations to set a 7 day period.

If it needs to refresh any information from Shopify, that could take up to the 15 minute refresh interval.

This error indicates you are using an ebay catalog item with an EPID and also providing compatibilities. You’ll have to remove one of these to list.

Yes, that is the primary function of Allocation Plans. When an item sells on one site, the quantities are adjusted on all. Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or Shopify are all supported. Or if you use CSV or XML feeds to update quantities in Sixbit, they will adjust the sites accordingly, or end listings if necessary.

It’s in development. You can use the Promotions manager through Seller Hub currently, but we don’t yet reproduce the functionality of setting up Promotions that support volume pricing in SixBit.

You should have received a reply on the 8th from Dustin. Check your email spam filter if you didn’t receive it, or log in to the ticketing system.
This out of stock issue has been duplicated and reported to eBay support. Pending a fix from them, we issued a partial workaround in the last beta, 4.00.003. We were able to find an additional issue and that will be fixed today in beta 4.00.004.

John Manning, Senior DeveloperThe two fields wouldn’t necessarily be populated, depending on how the Listings were created, as Starting Price is used for Listings of Auction type and Fixed Price for Fixed Price listings.

We reported this issue to eBay support and they would like further examples. Could you open a ticket with our support team? The latest beta 4.00.003 does contain a workaround, but we’d like to get a few examples before you upgrade.
