Hi Wayne,
In the Revise window, is the Resend Pictures with next revision box checked? This is a sticky option and will apply to any future revisions.

You can include the UPC in the Product number field in the Edit Item Window. Also set the Product Type to “UPC” and it will be sent to eBay when you submit the Item.

Hi Bob,
Are you still seeing issues with 4.00.049? If so, open a support ticket and we’ll take a closer look at your database to track down the issue.
Thanks,
John

Hi Bruce,
Using the CSV Export to create a file of these Items you want to join, and then importing that file with a shared ExternalItemID should create the variation item. Check the variation import section here: https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Rules_for_Importing_Items_via_CSV.htm
If you need further help with this, open a support ticket and we’ll get you started with it.
Thanks,
John

The CSV import will only adjust quantities on site if the Item has a variation listing, or is using an Allocation Plan. These will run automatically when the inventory is adjusted anywhere. From a sale, csv import, editing the inventory, etc.

We’ll take a look at this category. eBay recently flooded these categories with a large number of Item Specifics and we’re working to handle them better.

eBay is working to resolve the issue now, you won’t need to use the workaround.

The latest releases, beta and full, should contain a fix for these automatically. Versions 4.00.024 and higher for full, and 4.00.040 and higher for beta.

Should be good now, thanks.

Yes, you can uninstall older versions if you’re currently running your database on a newer instance. SixBit currently installs 2014, if necessary.

We still have some issues with Promoted Listings to resolve, but Item Promotions are available in the latest versions, 4.00.025 or later.

Hi Robert,
Aspects are another name for Item Specifics, and this would indicate eBay thinks you need more on 38 listings. Could you open a support ticket so we can check out this issue?
Thanks,
John

The latest hotfix and latest beta, 4.00.025 and 4.00.041 respectively, have Item specifics speed improvements that were lagging the loading of the Item Window. Some categories, clothing in particular, have recently had a large amount of Item Specifics returned for them by eBay.

Hi David,
The 1 of 8 in your picture indicates the number of unique categories you have in your batch of 15. You’ll need to set the Item Specifics values on each batch by clicking the “next” arrow to switch to the next category group. Once all are set in all category groups, click OK to apply the changes to all Items.
If these are all the same for batches of Items, you might want to use a CSV export/import to set them. Export the ItemIDs, and import them again with the Item Specifics set in the mapping file. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Rules_for_Importing_Items_via_CSV.htm
