Clark,
If you use an Item template for specific categories, you could prefill them. Or a Saved Batch Change definition will set them in bulk.
If you spot inaccurate/missing information in the eBay catalog you can email them at sdsupport@ebay.com.

The beta with the fee retrieval is out, 4.00.049.
The Site Sales Tax report in Sixbit should show any eBay collected tax since March 21, when the 3.01.030 beta came out. Their reports should show the entire year.
They should also send you a 1099.
If you’re a managed payments seller, and have more than 200 transactions and generate more than $20,000 in sales in a calendar year, you’ll receive a Form 1099-K from eBay. This information will also be reported to the IRS and your state tax authority, where applicable.
Only managed payments sellers will be eligible to receive 1099-K forms from eBay. If PayPal or another authorized payment service processed any of your eBay payments during the calendar year, you may receive a separate form from them if your transactions meet the thresholds.

Clark,
Are these Orders also combined on Ebay from SixBit, or just local combines in Sixbit?
Alex,
Have you selected these Orders and refreshed them again? That should correct the totals. If not, open a support ticket and we can take a look via remote session.

Versions 4.00.032 (full) and 4.00.052(beta) should fix this issue for new Orders. Existing Orders will need to be Refreshed with these versions. As part of the new Collect and Remit features, Ebay handles the inclusion of Tax in the total differently if you use Managed Payments or PayPal.

Hi Robert,
While there isn’t a way to directly do it in the program, you can use the CSV functionality to create them from existing items. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/forums/topic/variations-question/

That issue, along with the ability to print FedEx in batches will be fixed in the next beta, 4.00.052 or later.
Thanks,
John

Hi David,
You have be running the latest Beta for the ShipRush fix.
To run the beta version, you simply need to set a flag in SixBit. Then you will be notified of beta versions by a button in the Dashboard sidebar, just like you are notified of full releases. To turn on the beta, go to the File Menu (or little orange man in the upper left corner) and select “Options”. On the Options window, select the “General” tab and check the “Notify me of interim beta versions until the next full release” box.

Hi Wayne,
In the Revise window, is the Resend Pictures with next revision box checked? This is a sticky option and will apply to any future revisions.

You can include the UPC in the Product number field in the Edit Item Window. Also set the Product Type to “UPC” and it will be sent to eBay when you submit the Item.

Hi Bob,
Are you still seeing issues with 4.00.049? If so, open a support ticket and we’ll take a closer look at your database to track down the issue.
Thanks,
John

Hi Bruce,
Using the CSV Export to create a file of these Items you want to join, and then importing that file with a shared ExternalItemID should create the variation item. Check the variation import section here: https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Rules_for_Importing_Items_via_CSV.htm
If you need further help with this, open a support ticket and we’ll get you started with it.
Thanks,
John

The CSV import will only adjust quantities on site if the Item has a variation listing, or is using an Allocation Plan. These will run automatically when the inventory is adjusted anywhere. From a sale, csv import, editing the inventory, etc.

We’ll take a look at this category. eBay recently flooded these categories with a large number of Item Specifics and we’re working to handle them better.

eBay is working to resolve the issue now, you won’t need to use the workaround.
