Yes, the Analysis reports can be export to Excel or CSV format.
It looks like an area we definitely need to update in both the User’s Guide and Video Library. At some point the Video quality was reduced to 240p

Hi Paul,
Do you just want to view the descriptions in SixBit? They aren’t shown in the grids for navigational speed issues, but if you edit an Item, you’ll be able to see them.
If you wish to export the Descriptions from SixBit, you’ll need to use the CSV Export function in the toolbar, rather than a straight grid field export.

It shouldn’t take more than a few hours if it was an eBay issue. You’ve already upgraded to 4.00.633 or later? You shouldn’t need to reauthorize those accounts unless other functions weren’t working either, like Submitting new Listings or Refreshing Orders. If you do have the same issue issue over the weekend, you can submit your database from the Support tab in the program and let our team know via a Support Ticket.

If you wish to send it in the SixBit emails, open the Email editor and add the Coupon Code from available fields. The actual variable code is [[CouponCodeEbay]]
Coupons can be added or viewed in the Marketing|Item Promotions toolbar button in Check Listings.

Hi Chris,
Usually the 10007 errors are issues with the eBay servers and are corrected within a short period of time. If you open a ticket with support, we may need a remote session or a copy of your database to log the call and send it to eBay API support.
Thanks,
John

Did you delete the Listing from Completed status or the Item from Previously Listed status? Deleting the Listing record itself wouldn’t remove the Item. Deleting Items will also remove any Listing records for that Item.

Hi Jeremy,
Can you open a support ticket from the computer you’re using with SixBit now? Our support staff should be able to help get it installed with Parallels, but they will probably need to set up a remote session.

You can use the Batch Change in Sell Items mode to update Condition Description. Once changed on Items, select the Items you’ve just changed, use the Goto Running Listings context menu option to go to Check Listings mode, select those and “Revise|Send Revisions to site”. That will pick up the change and send it to eBay.

I’ll update this in the next beta, 4.00.653 or later to not show the recommended violations. It should limit to “Required” and “Soon to be Required” only.

If you create one new item from the template, you can use the Custom duplication function to make as many at a time as you need. Or, if you use CSV import, you can import as many new items as you want using an Item template to provide most of the required data. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Importing_from_a_Comma_Separated_Values_Flat_File.htm

These are warnings that are returned directly from eBay. They should be the same as any shown on the Site in Seller Hub. We used to have a way to suppress them in SixBit, but eBay has removed that from the API. It may still be possible in Seller Hub.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue here, but I can give you the steps that should correct the issue.
Open your Application Menu (little orange guy (or the File button in the top left), top left corner of SixBit)
Choose Options > General > Support Control
In the Support Code box enter Supp0rtC0de (with zeros)
Then in the Revert Version number area type 4.00.552 and click “Go”
Restart SixBit

Hi Cass,
All versions of Sixbit are installed with the Microsoft SQL Server Express version by default. It can be upgraded if necessary. The size of the database is shown on the Support tab in the program. It will warn you if you near the limit. Some of the differences are listed here: https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/pricing/
Pictures should get copied to a local directory on your computer. The exact location will be shown in File|Options|Pictures on the Management tab.

Hi Cass,
There are no item count limitations for SixBit subscription levels. Microsoft SQL Server Express itself does have a 10 GB limit, but that can be expanded by upgrading to the Standard Edition if necessary. Since we store pictures outside of the database by default now, you should be able to get 100K or more listings with the Express Edition. Most of the limitations of H&H are on advanced features needed by larger sellers on multiple marketplaces. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/pricing/

Hi Robert,
We already send the Postal code in another location, this was just an extra field they are getting rid of. The latest versions 4.00.630 or later will remove the field and you won’t see the warning.
