Was the database selected for the query in SSMS? Otherwise, you could run the query with the correct db name in it. ALTER TABLE [dbname]. [dbo].[ItemsBidstart] DROP CONSTRAINT [FK_ItemsBidstart_ShippingTemplates]
If that doesn’t work, open a support ticket, and we’ll remote in to get that removed.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperYes, looks like one of the old BidStart items was using the template. You can remove the constraint with the following query in Management Studio.
ALTER TABLE [dbo].[ItemsBidstart] DROP CONSTRAINT [FK_ItemsBidstart_ShippingTemplates]
That will allow you to delete the preset in SixBit and prevent old Bidstart records from blocking deletion in the future.

The image editor should be accessible from the Edit Item window. Double clicking the Item in the Sell Items grid should open that up. In the upper left is the Carousel, Pictures, and Stock Photo tabs.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperThe Sales tax fix for CA is out in beta now, 4.00.055. We’ll be looking to make that a full version next week. Refreshing those Orders should correct the totals once you’re on that version.

We did fix an issue with converting this to local time in the recent betas, when Ebay was showing it as Pacific time and using that for their date, throwing it off by a day. In the case where eBay returns nothing, we will check all of the Items in the Order and estimate the time based on that maximum dispatch time.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperDo you have the Seller Account specific option turned on? It should be checked in File|Options|Creating Items|Shipping Options. That is necessary since the rate tables are tied to the Seller accounts.

Are you trying to edit the preset in the Item Window or via the Manage Presets window? In the Item Window, you’ll need to click the pencil icon next to the preset name dropdown to allow editing. This will also offer you the options to save the preset for all items, or change it only for this item.
In the Manage Presets window, it should allow those fields to be changed directly.

If they include it in the total and send it to your PayPal account and Paypal takes it out, it will go into the Sales Tax field. They should be in the tax report though as long as the Order Sales tax field is greater than zero.

If you use an Item template for specific categories, you could prefill them. Or a Saved Batch Change definition will set them in bulk.

The Site Sales Tax report in Sixbit should show any eBay collected tax since March 21, when the 3.01.030 beta came out. Their reports should show the entire year.
They should also send you a 1099.
If you’re a managed payments seller, and have more than 200 transactions and generate more than $20,000 in sales in a calendar year, you’ll receive a Form 1099-K from eBay. This information will also be reported to the IRS and your state tax authority, where applicable.
Only managed payments sellers will be eligible to receive 1099-K forms from eBay. If PayPal or another authorized payment service processed any of your eBay payments during the calendar year, you may receive a separate form from them if your transactions meet the thresholds.

Are these Orders also combined on Ebay from SixBit, or just local combines in Sixbit?

Have you selected these Orders and refreshed them again? That should correct the totals. If not, open a support ticket and we can take a look via remote session.
John Manning, Senior DeveloperVersions 4.00.032 (full) and 4.00.052(beta) should fix this issue for new Orders. Existing Orders will need to be Refreshed with these versions. As part of the new Collect and Remit features, Ebay handles the inclusion of Tax in the total differently if you use Managed Payments or PayPal.
