Hi Steven,
We’ve identified some slowness with the automatic spell checking, so we are looking to make it option to improve performance. The next version, 4.00.144 should address this and we expect to have it out today.
Thanks,
John

Hi Andy,
With Managed Payments enabled, we can no longer send Payment methods, so they are removed from the UI.

With a few exceptions, most Revisions won’t sync down from eBay, revisions should be pushed from SixBit. We are working on a manual sync function to correct sync that way, but it won’t be automatic. The issue is that Listings are tied to their Item record, and that Item record can be tied to other listings. You may have a fixed price listing and an auction listing on eBay, another listing on Etsy or Shopify, so we don’t want to affect any of those other listings by changing an existing Item record.
The only way to get a fully synced import from eBay now, would be to delete the Item record and reimport from Ebay. You would lose any previous Listings or Sales tied to that Item in SixBit, but it’s the only way to guarantee you match what eBay has.
So, if you’re making revisions, make them in SixBit and let the program send them to eBay as B.A. mentioned.
Thanks,
John

Hi Mark,
1. Make sure the Item has an allocation plan set in the Shopify tab in the Item Window, and then add inventory to the Item. It should allocate within a minute if there is an out of stock listing for Shopify.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the description to open the WYSIWYG editor.
3. If you have matching SKUs or Titles, after importing from both sites, there should a Listing record for each site, but tied to one Item record with shared inventory. The Allocation plans control how you want to auto adjust inventory after Sales and apply cross site. You can also merge Items that didn’t merge automatically if they didn’t match on SKU/Title.

If you create a named Payment preset, you can use Batch Change to set it on all of your Items and Running Listings. Setting it on Listings with batch change will also revise running listings.

Hi Sharon,
Could you open a support ticket? We might need a remote session to diagnose an agent issue.
Thanks,
John

Dragging the folders should give you the option to drop in, or drop before another folder if you move it slightly above that folder. But you can also select the parent folder, ie. Item Repository, right click and sort ascending to get them alphabetical.

Hi Sonja,
Are you using a named preset and just want to change the service for the one item? If you open the window in the Sell Items mode, you should be able to edit it there with the pencil icon next to the preset name. It will then ask you to save it for just this item or update the preset which would change any other item using that preset. Just for this item will create a Manual unnamed preset that only applies to that Item.

Hi Angela,
Brandon will be helping you in the ticketing system. He should be able to get you the desired result with the conditional statements.

The Start Date field on Listings is the one you’re looking for. Make sure that column is visible in the Check Listings grid for you to see it.
Listing fees are kept on the Listings records, FVF and Payment processing fees are kept on the Sales and Orders records, respectively. The Profit/Loss reports should also show you the fee breakdowns for Orders.
If you need more advanced reporting tools, like the Analysis reports, there are available on the Enterprise editions.

Fix for another issue with tracking is now in 4.00.140. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/download/Beta/Install-SixBit-4.00.140.exe

The latest versions should be pulling this in to the Payment Processing fee. Ebay started returning this in August in a different field, so you may need to upgrade.

I’ve just finished testing here and built another beta for the Agent tasks. Let me know if you still see issues. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/download/Beta/Install-SixBit-4.00.139.exe
I suspect the previous beta may have locked up the Agent task, and installing the new version should reset it so it works for both eBay and Amazon again.

Hi Drenton,
In the Variation set definition, is the Color variation defined as the picture variant? If it is, in the variation set, you can set pictures for each in the carousel on the right of the variation grid on the Item record. https://www.sixbitsoftware.com/EN/Adding_Variation_Information_to_an_Item.htm#To_add_pictures_for_each_variant:

Ok, found an Agent issue and fixed it for 4.00.138. That build is out now.
Let me know if you see any further issues.
